She was predeceased by: her parents, John Clark "Jack" and Freda May Steers; her sister Jackie Baugher; and her granddaughter Jessah DeMaio. She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Susan Denkler-DeMaio and John Landon Denkler; her grandchildren, David Denkler, Brody Denkler, Liam Denkler, Bentley Winemiller, Chandon Winemiller, Lucy Denkler, Gwen Winemiller, Jordan DeMaio and Rocco DeMaio; her brother-in-law Vance Baugher; her nephew Greg Baugher; her niece Laura Cox; her siblings-in-law, Joyce Stone and Chuck Stone; her nephew Charles; her nieces, Carla and Carrie; her brother-in-law Bill Denkler (Debbie); her nephew Troy Denkler; her sister-in-law Jan DeSmith; and her nibling Eryn.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Wright City Community Church of the Nazarene (521 W Service Rd N, Wright City, MO 63390). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
