He is survived by: his son John David Clifton; his sisters, Marjorie Heelan (Rodney) of Gladstone, MO and Terry Triplett of Carl Junction, MO; and his nieces and nephews, Brad Hauptmann (Carrie) of Peculiar, MO, Buffey Hauptmann of Lee's Summit, MO, Bobbi Hauptmann-French (Mike) of Fredericksburg, VA, Joshua Hauptmann (Carolyn) of Hallsville, MO, Teresa Tanner (John) of Kansas City, MO, Matthew Heelan (Jodie) of Shawnee, KS, Craig, Curt and Chris Triplett (Patty).
