She was predeceased by: her father R. C. Thompson; her children, Edna Wadley, Pearlie Clark and James Wadley Jr.; her mother Arliner T. Jones; and her siblings, Lynette Jones, Shelia Tucker and James Earl Thompson.
She is survived by: her children, Willis Wadley (Tawanna) and Linda Thompson (Neal) of Abbeville, MS; her siblings, Ethel Mae Malone of Abbeville, MS, Alton Jones of Memphis, TN, James Lee Thompson of Oxford, MS and John Perry Pryor of Grand Raid, MI; her aunt Josie Mae Burnette; her uncle Roger Thompson of Memphis, TN; and her daughter-in-law Phyllis Wadley. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren.
