He is survived by: his children, Willie Dennis (Jean) of Abbeville, MS, Patricia Pegues of Abbeville, MS, Brenda Slate (Michael) of Abbeville, MS, Gregory Dennis (Shirley) of Abbeville, MS and Shawana Brownlow (Lemond) of Brandon, MS; his siblings, Maggie Ivy and Lenzo Dennis of Abbeville, MS; and his parents-in-law, Minnie Cooper (Harold), Bessie Dunn (Avery) of Oxford, MS, Gordon Jones (Pat) of Rock Island, IL, Zannie Mayes and Sandra Dennis of Oxford, MS. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
