She is survived by: her children, Jeanne Spencer Kosac of Marietta, GA and Jackie Spencer (Teresa); her grandsons, Trey Spencer (Kellie), Anthony Kosac (Susanna), Brett Spencer (Lesley) and Spencer Kosac; her great grandchildren, J. D. Spencer, Case Spencer, Reid Spencer, Jack Kosac, Maggie Beth Spencer and Gray Kosac; and her caregivers, Diana Powell and Gertrude Brandon. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; special friends.
