He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Lee Kelly Sr. and Mary Florence Wilson Kelly; his siblings, Roy Lee Kelly Jr., Roy Preston Kelly, Mervin Clifton Kelly, Billy Mack Kelly, Mavis Kelly and Amy Lee Kelly; and his daughter-in-law Kathy Kelly.
He is survived by: his wife Martha Allen Story Kelly; his children, Robert Oscar Kelly Jr. (Kathy Kelly), Richard Allen Kelly (Haley) and Robin Kelly Griffith (Ken); and his grandchildren, Will Kelly (Morgan), Kimberly (Chris), Stephen Kelly (Shelana), Rachel Davis (Drew), Clare Kelly, Kelly Wiggins (Thomas) and Aaron Griffith. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
