He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Nelson Stockton (Boonie) and Ruby Mathews Stockton; his daughter Melissa Ann Stockton; his sister Anna Lynn Stockton; and his grandson Matthew Lann Gaskin.
He is survived by: his wife Emma Lann; his daughter Laura Stockton Gaskin (Steve); his grandchildren, Rachel Alsup (Justin) and Jason Gaskin (Amanda); his great grandchildren, Presley, Elliott, Gavin, Estelle Gaskin, Hayden and Kinsley Alsup; and his caregivers, Linnie Stone, Tori Romich, Patty Griffin, Deborah Wilkerson, Nancy Tubb, Alexis Morris, Kathy Corbell, Sandra Coburn, Patsy Paker, Lindy Paker and Lillian Washington.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to Gideon's International, MORA's Matthew Gaskin Scholarship Fund or St Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
