He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, D. Buford Howell and Gladys Lavenia Roberts Howell; his wife Emma Jean Tollett Howell; and his children, David Burton Howell (Jeanne Sewell Howell), Dorothy Elizabeth Howell and Denise Elizabeth Howell.
