He is survived by : his children, Dewayne Howell, William Parks (Ban), Timothy Parks, Marion Parks-Herron, Angelia K. Parks-Wilson and Kathy L. Parks; and his siblings, Walter Frank Parks, Gloria Faye Harris, Dearn Gholston and Marion Ruth Parks. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
