Grafton Gray Woods Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 10, 2025, at the age of 88, Grafton Gray Woods (Aberdeen, Mississippi) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Grafton may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Grafton touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rufus Woods and Irene Mattison Woods; and his siblings, George Woods, Tom Woods, Leon Woods, Pauline Woods, Dora Rye and Margie Griggs. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, great great nieces and great great nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Oddfellows Rest Cemetery.
