He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Barr Jr. and Inell Randle. He is survived by: his wife Esteria C. Barr; and his children, Milton Lee Barr Jr., Curtis Barr (Tiffany), Timothy Barr, Buffy Barr, Hazel Barr and Reanna Barr.
