She is survived by: her mother Evelyn O'Dell Pate of Fayette, MO; her husband Jerry Spruill; her children, Jesse Spruill (Erin), Kenneth Spruill (Karisa), Hamilton and Rebecca McGinty (Jerald); her siblings, Rachel Curvin (Dan) of Pine Bluff, AR, Dennis White of Arnold, MO and Scott White of Arnold, MO; her granddaughter Remington Grace Spruill; and her close friend Astria Parks. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
