We are sad to announce that on October 3, 2022, at the age of 75, Richard Frank (Aberdeen, Mississippi), born in Racine, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Stephen Frank and Helen Lindau Frank. He is survived by : his sister Marylyn Joseph (Shelley) of Baton Rouge, LA; his children, Stephen Frank and Sherri Hernandez; his nephew Daniel Joseph (Terresa); and his nieces, Rosanne Sotor (Tom), Michele Stoute and Marie Mullen (Scott). He is also survived by 11 great nieces and nephews.
