She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Hall and Sula Green Hall; her husband John H. Fowler, Sr.; and her siblings, Earl Hall, Robert Hall, Florene Hallmark, Joe Hall and James "Popcorn" Hall.
She is survived by: her children, Julia Mitchem (David), John Fowler, Jr. (Sherry), Tony Fowler and David Fowler (Tawana Nicole); and her siblings, Ann Allred, Tommy Hall (Geneva) and John C. Hall (Peggy). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren.
