With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Warren McElroy (Aberdeen, Mississippi), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 15, 2025 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve McElroy and Oda Parkerson McElroy; his wife Doris McElroy; his sisters, Bonnie Lynn Anthony and Eloise Rosemond; and his son-in-law Tommy Mink.
He is survived by: his children, Jimmy McElroy (Mary), Steve McElroy, Carolyn Reynolds (Andy), Hamilton, Jane Mink and Jo Beth Burkheimer (Larry) of Bernice, LA; his sister Janice Ann Miller of Pearl, MS; and his grandchildren, Sandy Nichols, Meredith Wilbanks, Andrea Reynolds, Jennifer Lasky, David Mink, Katie Self, Kerrie Andrews, Beth Bennett and Jessica Ott. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren; 7 great-great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to a charity of choice.
