He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ernest, Sr. and Annie Elizabeth Cartledge Drake; his granddaughter Desiree Ruiz; and his brother-in-law Danny Taylor. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Drake; his children, William Drake (Suk) of Nettleton, David Drake (Christy) of Nettleton, James Drake of Nettleton and Christina Drake of Deltona, FL; and his stepchildren, Russell Ostrowski (Beth), Stanley Ostrowski (Melissa) and Ginger Ostrowski. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; and 6 great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Sanctuary Hospice, Tupelo or to the First Christian Church, Aberdeen.
