He was predeceased by: his father William O. Putnam Jr.; and his brother Chris Putnam. He is survived by: his mother Gloria Faye Cantrell (Wright); his wife Patricia Putnam; his children, William "Billy" Putnam and Zoey Jane Putnam; and his siblings, Mike Putnam, Jeff Putnam, Brad Putnam, Todd Jenkins, Allen Cantrell and Ginger Putnam. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
