She is survived by: her mother Mary Price Ballard; her son Douglas Parker (Lisa); her godson Andrew West (Bridgette); her daughter Kayla Hester (John); her siblings, Roger Ballard (Cairl), Sarah Hathcock (Harold), Penny Pilgrim (Jim) and Melissa George (John); her grandchildren, Breanna Parker, Payton Parker, Matthew Parker, Adrianna Gray, Chelsey Gray, Rachel Gray, Jeremiah Hester, Kolton Hester and Sophia Hester; her great grandchild Camden Wayne Parker; and her close friend Blain Bush (David). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
