She is survived by : her parents, Brandon Carter and Betty Springer Carter; her son Cole Kendrick; her siblings, Christie Lynn Carter and Zach Carter (Kim); her grandchildren, Annaleese Faith Colbert, Silas Zane Colbert and Raevin Selah Colbert; and her uncle Breland Stough. She is also survived by uncle, Brad Carter, OR; a host of nieces and nephews.
