He is survived by: his wife Mary Freeman Turner; his children, Pam Spann (Lloyd), Johnny Turner (Teresa) of Florence, AL and David Turner (Amy) of Florence, AL; and his grandchildren, Cristin Cooper (Chad), Brandon Spann (Megan), Jared Spann (Ashlye), Megan Dabbs (Brady), Anna Wooten (Spencer), Emily Scruggs (Jeremy), Christopher Michael (Stephanie), Katie Brooke Wear (Dustin), Lena Weaver (Nick), Lexi Hollis (Noah) and Lila Turner. He is also survived by 22 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
