She was predeceased by: her parents, Corbett Bickerstaff and Jennie Monaghan Bickerstaff; and her siblings, Joe Bickerstaff, Ann Smith, Kay Whitlock, Judy Boone, Carolyn Cox and Deanna Thornton.
She is survived by: her husband Gary Umfress; her children, Cindy Minga (Randy), Tish Minga, Russell Minga and Stephen Umfress; her grandsons, Josh Minga (Katy), Mitch Minga (Ashlan), Matt Minga (Leigh Ann), Adam Minga (Brittany) and Eric Minga; and her great grandchildren, Ada, Eden Minga, Kaylee, Jessa Minga, Matti Rae, Maggie Gene Minga, Saylior Brooke Gray and Brayden McDonald. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Cleveland Moffett Funeral Home (1604 MS-25 North, Amory, MS 38821). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
