He was predeceased by: his grandfather Johnny Kyle; and his uncle Phillip Brewer. He is survived by: his parents, Steven Johnson and Cindy Kyle England (Don); his grandparents, Flora Kyle, Nelson and Bess Johnson; and his aunts and uncles, Johnny Paul Kyle, Kathi Thompson (Billy), Wren, Roger Kyle (Crissy), Tim Johnson, Jimmy Johnson (Teresa) and Angie Coldwell (Kenny) of Timbo, AR. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
