He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Keith Owen, Sr. and Margaret Willeen Nesbit Owen. He is survived by: his wife Susan Owen; his children, Shae King (Mike) and Sheldon Owen (Sarah); his siblings, Jayne Donovan (Bill) and Carlton Owen (Brenda); and his grandchildren, Jill Byars, Keith Byars, Dane Byars, Alden Owen, Conner King and Cade King. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
Frank was honored to serve as a Gideon and it is asked that in lieu of flowers memorials be sent to the Gideons International.
