He was predeceased by: his parents, James Hulon and Lona Pearl Rodgers Elliott; and his son Stephen Alex Elliott. He is survived by: his wife Lila Elliott; his children, James Walter Elliott (Misty) of Saltillo and Tracy La'Trice Dietz (Bill) of Littleton, CO; and his close friend Nick Ballard. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; several siblings.
