He was predeceased by: his parents, Velmar Ratliff and Ruby Roper Ratliff; and his siblings, Dewey, Charles (Lamar Ratliff), Louise Christopher and Laverne Henshaw (Barbara Denson).
He is survived by: his father-in-law Len Holloway; his wife Donna Holloway Ratliff; his children, Natalie Moore (Tommy), Ramona Odom (Mike), Mitzi Brown (Vance) of Stewart, MS and Nathaniel Ratliff; his grandchildren, Hayden, Odom, Braxton Brown (Raegan), Kaelan Brown, Skylar Watkins and Shan Moore; his great grandchildren, Addy Brown, Aubrey Herrington, Garrett Moore and Jesse Moore; his sister Linda Rich; and his mother-in-law Sue Holloway. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Cleveland Moffett Funeral Home (1604 MS-25 North, Amory, MS 38821). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
