She was predeceased by: her parents, Julia Mae Stephens and Alvey Poe Stephens; her son James "Jimmy" Dykes; her daughter-in-law Shelby Davis Dykes (Valeria Davis Dykes); and her former husband James T. Dykes.
She is survived by: her children, Diane D. Engelhardt of Nettleton, Mississippi, Ralford Q. Davis (Mary Jane) of Chattanooga, Tennessee and Robert Harold Davis (Annette) of Bay St; and her siblings, Sue Paxton of Davenport, Iowa and Johnny Stephens of Streator, Illinois. She is also survived by many loving grandchildren, great‑grandchildren, and great‑great‑grandchildren.
