With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Michael Dykes (Amory, Mississippi), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Clara, Henderson Dykes, Dorothy and William H. Ashley. He is survived by: his parents, Michael Dykes and Elizabeth Dykes; his fiancé Leigh Ann Irvin; his children, Michael Luke Dykes of Sioux Falls, SD and Catlyn Dykes; his siblings, Ashley White and Matthew Dykes (Julia); his grandson Waylon Lee Jones; his aunt Melanie Baucom of Ocean Springs, MS; and his uncles, David Dykes, Jim Dykes (Carol), Loren Ashley (Treasea), Lee Ashley and New Hope. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Dykes Family Home (100 S 6th St, Amory, MS 38821). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Cleveland Moffett Funeral Home.
Donations in Bobo's memory may be given to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
