He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Lee and Florence Leora Carter Chumney; his son Paul Aldinger; and his siblings, Martha Osterholth, Carole Pinkerton, Bond L. Chumney, Joe Vaughn Chumney, Sam Chumney and Larry Chumney.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Chumney; and his children, Danny Chumney (Janet), Fulton, Bubba Bennett (Elizabeth), Leah Anna White (Paul Wayne), Teresa Vaughn (Jay) and Johnnie Faye Lauderdale. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Cleveland Moffett Funeral Home (1604 MS-25 North, Amory, MS 38821). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
