She is survived by : her husband Tim Blake of Wren; her sons, Nathan Blake (LeeAnn) and Eric Blake (Kelly); her siblings, Roy Smith (Linda), Freddie Smith (Sue), Paul Smith (Clara) and Janet Bridges; her sister-in-law Betty Smith; and her grandchildren, Mercy Cook, Heath Blake, Luke Cook, Corben Blake, Austin Blake, Emma Blake and Ramsey Blake. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
