He was predeceased by: his parents, Marshall Hall and Carrie Westmoreland Hall; and his brothers, Billy Ray Hall and R. D. Cline. He is survived by: his wife Dianne Ratliff Hall; his daughter Tina Culver (Richard); his grandchildren, Myles (Anna), Chance, Charlee and Bella Culver; his great grandchild Beverly Culver; his siblings, Garry Hall, Gerald Hall, Jean Pennington and Patricia Pennington (Thomas); and his nieces and nephews, Lacey Elliot (Lee), Emily Hall, Jason Johns (Jessica) and MSgt Wayne Pennington (Lauren). He is also survived by great nieces and nephews; and many, many wonderful friends.
