He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur L. Potter and Ruby Lucille Roberts Potter. He is survived by: his wife Maggie Potter; his daughters, Lisa Gibson (Joe), Susie Rushing (Scott) and Lucy Langley (Stephen); his grandchildren, Brandon Rushing (Susan), JoJo Rushing (Chelsea), Jessie Gilliam (Clay), Brittany Younger (Cole), Casey Nail (Autumn), Madison Richardson (Taylor), Kaleb York and Evan Langley; and his siblings, Art Potter, Jr. and Shirley Russell (Buddy). He is also survived by 3 great grandsons; 6 great granddaughters.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Artesia Baptist Church (310 W Artesia Rd, Artesia, MS 39736).
