He is survived by : his wife Peggy Frazier; his daughter Joyce Sylvester (Tony); his grandchildren, Jessica Stokes (Jeffrey) and Justin Sylvester (Malorie); and his great grandchildren, Landon Lewis, Slayden Stokes, Sawyer Stokes, Silas Sylvester and Addy Sylvester. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
