She was predeceased by: her husband Willard Waters; her daughter Betsy Waters Kimbrough; and her parents, Charlie McCulley and Hattie McCulley. She is survived by: her sons, David Barnes (Debbie) and Jimmy Waters of Baldwyn; her daughter-in-law Tammie Caver Waters of Baldwyn; her grandchildren, Julie Waters Sartin, Chad, Brett Waters, Lauren, Jorda Waters, Blake Barnes, Kelly and Kayla Kimbrough; and her great grandchildren, Kimmins Bishop, Sheperd, Deacon Barnes and Oni McKinney.
Donations in her honor may be made to Children's Ministry of the First Baptist Church of Baldwyn, and a special thank you to the people of Creekside Manor for their excellent care and compassion shown to Mrs. Waters.
