She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Olon and Lillie Rodgers; her husband Hubert E. Vick; and her siblings, James Henry, Donald, Harold Rodgers and Lena Mae Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Sparks, Hubert R. "Bud" Vick (Mary), Joyce Howell, Kathy "Tina" Graham (Terry), Doyle Vick, David Vick and William Vick (Marsha); her grandchildren, Jessica Kerr, John "Alex" Sparks, Neal Vick, Daryl Howell, Timothy Howell, Thomas Howell, Ashley Stein, Michael Graham, Britney Carr, Dallas Vick, Ceretha Smith and Chris Holley; her sisters, Louise Hardy, Peggy "Sissy" Miller and Helen "Faye" Ricks; and her close friend Flossie Joyner. She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren.
