He was predeceased by: his parent Willodean Strickland Ferguson; his wife Glenda Mae Haney Ferguson; his parent F. N. "Snyder" Ferguson; his sisters, Barbara Sue Reich (Elvis) and Marilyn Ferguson; his great grandchild Gavin Beighley; and his son Tony Ferguson.
He is survived by: his son David Ferguson (Cindy) of Summerville, TN; his daughter-in-law Joyce Ferguson of Michie, TN; his granddaughters, Jessica Beighley Sharon (Greg) and Sarah Queen (John JR.) of Lebanon, TN; his great grandchildren, Nathanael Beighley, Xander Beighley, John Queen III, Izabela Queen and Payson Queen; his great great grandchildren, Waylynn Beighley and Bashlin Beighley; his grandson Jaden Ferguson; and his sister Cynthia Roberts (Jerry) of Baldwyn. He is also survived by step-grandsons; (1) step-granddaughter; (20) step-great-grandchildren.
