He is survived by: his wife Sandra Lambert Rutland; his children, Dale Rutland (Melanie) of Guntown, Thomas Rutland (Crystal) of Mantachie, Larry Rutland of Baldwyn, Pam Thrasher (Kenneth) of Booneville, Layle Rutland of Baldwyn and Mary Beth Alred (Jeff) of Baldwyn; his siblings, Gayle Rutland (Sue) of Jayess, Tommy Rutland (Cathy) of Jayess, Glenda Marberry of Clinton, Bonnie Phillips of Jayess and Jeanette Perry of McComb; and his grandchildren, Brittany Pope (Quitman) of Booneville, Ashley Mitchell of Booneville, Courtney Williams (Bruce) of Booneville, Dylan Ellis, Harlee Rutland of Mantachie, Molly Ellis of Baldwyn, Gentry Rutland of Guntown, Hagen Rutland of Mantachie and Abby Ellis of Baldwyn. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the New Bethel Apostolic Church. A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
