He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Bell Sr. and Susie Jane Caldwell Bell; his wife Billie Jean Scales Bell; his daughter Angie Rogers; his granddaughter Quinterra B. Rogers; his son Larry "Joby" Scales (Melissa); and his siblings, Robert Earl Bell, Larry "Mickey" Bell, Bud Chandler, Ella Mae Beene and Teresa Friar.
He is survived by: his siblings, Ada Mae Bell and Johnny Earl Bell (Debra); his caregiver Dekela Denise Bell Shumpert (Shun); his son Willie Nabors; and his sister-in-law Toy Barnett (Wilmer). He is also survived by grandchildren, (11) great-grandchildren, (1) great-great grandchild, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
