He was predeceased by : his parents, Raymond Floyd and Ruth Davis Floyd; and his siblings, Jim W. Floyd, Terry M. Floyd, Sonny Blaylock, Penny Martin and Angie McDonald.

He is survived by : his siblings, Winnie Carter (Tim) of Jericho, Kristie Floyd (Gary Duncan) of Baldwyn, Richard Floyd Jericho (Alice), Billy Joe Floyd Blair (Brenda), Ricky Floyd Blair (Anita), Scotty Floyd Blair (Nancy), Doug Floyd Saltillo (Amanda) and Mitch Floyd Baldwyn.
