She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Lewis and Brenda Lewis; and her brothers, Farion and Delbert Lewis. She is survived by: her husband Moody Cook; her children, Lee Lewis, Billy Sharp and Amber Sharp; her granddaughter Keaan West; her brother Johnny Lewis (Lisha); and her sibling's children, LiLa Lewis, Shalana Lemons, Daniel Lewis, Cory Lewis, Jr., Lewis and Delbert Lewis, Jr..
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Baldwyn Chapel.
