He was predeceased by: his parents, J. L. Chandler and Eloise Chandler. He is survived by: his daughter Shea Thomas (Reginald) of Florence, AL; and his siblings, Timothy Foster (Felicitee) of Guntown, MS and Linda Agnew of Baldwyn, MS.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Ruben - Chapel (71 Co Rd 6031, Baldwyn, MS 38824). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
