She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Tarpley of Baldwyn; her parents, Tice Bishop and Carra Bishop; her siblings, Manette Bedford, Waldeen Harkey Hill, Joe Bishop, Harold Bishop and Herman Ray Bishop; and her granddaughters, Anna-Lisa Stewart and Holly Thomas.

She is survived by: her children, Susan Tarpley (Larry Powell), Lisa Witt Roberts (Ricky Roberts) and Dickie Tarpley of Baldwyn; her grandchildren, Richard Witt (Tasha), Elliott Witt (Summer), Stuart Witt and Genee Grace Burress (Blake); her great grandchildren, Caden, Aidan, Braxton Stewart, Finnley Witt, Rory, Anna-Liza Burress, Sam Elliott Witt and Kaidynce Thomas; and her great-nieces, Emma and Callie McGarrity.
