He was predeceased by: his parents, George H. Smith and Thelma Rush Smith; and his siblings, George Pike, Dazzie Fowler, Joyce Fennell, Wilma Smith, Harold White, Bonnie Johnson, Brenda Donahue, Debbie Smith, Nancy Carol Smith and Terry Gene Smith.
He is survived by: his children, Terry Gene Smith (Cydnie), Joanna Davis (Hayden) and Brittney Mitchell (Zach); his grandchildren, Rylee Smith, Ryder Smith, Brayden Craig, Emma Mitchell, Kinley Mitchell and Judah Mitchell; and his siblings, Sherry Nelson of Guntown, Susan Smith (Bubba) of Blue Mountain, Liz Stanford of Tupelo, Wade White of Guntown and Rocky Smith of Fort Pierce, Florida. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
