He was predeceased by: his wife Jo Maxcy; and his sons, Jimmy Maxcy and Jerry Maxcy. He is survived by: his granddaughters, Amy Martin (Kevin), Angie Palmer (John) and Jessami Rodgers; his great grandchildren, Austin Martin (Mallory), Katlyn Chaney (Richard), Maggie Smith (Evan), Jon Tyler Palmer (Robynne McMillan), Madelyn Palmer (Collin Coggins), Cameron Rodgers and Colton Rodgers; his great great grandchildren, Dex Martin, John Rivers Smith, Randy Rhett Martin, Maxcy Kyle Smith and Shep Smith; and his caregivers, Betty Tynes, Camille Bonds, Beth Poppelriter and Dee Whirley.
