He is survived by: his wife Linda Bullock Heavener of Baldwyn; his son Dennis Heavener (Tami) of Baldwyn; his siblings, Lottie Crownover (Bobby) of Loganville, GA and George D. Heavener (Betty) of Kirkville; his grandson Cody Heavener (Mandi) of Tupelo; and his great grandchild Kip Heavener.
