He is survived by : his siblings, Guy James Nichols, Jr., Billy Raymond Nichols (Francis), Albert Price Nichols of Booneville, Mac Ray Nichols of Baldwyn, Joyce Smith and Barbara Hutchens of Baldwyn. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
