He was predeceased by: his parents, Hoarce Warren and Beatrice Chandler; and his brother William Chandler, Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Christopher House, Latasha House, Monica House, Warren Elks and Terry House, III (Jewel); and his close friend Willie Nabors. He is also survived by grandchildren, two (2) great-grandchildren, a sister.
