He is survived by: his wife Angela M. Tigner of Pratts; his children, John Tigner (Emily) of Pratts, Terry Smith (Cydnie) of Baldwyn, Joanna Davis (Justin) of Baldwyn and Brittany Mitchell (Zach) of Baldwyn; and his brother Scotty Tigner of Belden. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
