He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle Fowler and Lilly Timbs Fowler; his son Mirl Fowler; and his grandson Jeremy Oliver. He is survived by: his wife Sarah Hardy Fowler of Baldwyn; his children, Christy White (Tommy), Traci Fowler of Baldwyn and Tommy Fowler (Conya); and his grandchildren, Cody Fowler (Haley), Austin Fowler (MaKenzie), Sheyenne Fowler, Taylor Oliver and Keagan Fowler. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
