She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy Rudell Hardy and John Lewis Hardy; her husband Roy Lee "Buck" Potts; her son Jamie Fillyaw; and her siblings, Wanda Gail Jackson, Kathryn Jackson, Virgil Hardy, Roger Hardy and Michael Hardy.
She is survived by: her children, Angela Fillyaw (Freeland) of Charleston, MS, Susie Fillyaw of Charleston, MS and Donald Fillyaw (Kathy) of Grenada, MS; and her siblings, Lisa Jones and Nicholas Hardy (Sam). She is also survived by ten grandchildren; and thirteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Drivers Flat Baptist Church (236 Co Rd 284, Banner, MS 38913). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
