He was predeceased by: his parents, George David Hall, Sr. and Lula Mae Darby Hall; his wife Shirley Hall; and his siblings, Elmer Hall, Leslie Hall, Katie Vanstraten, Edith Mae, Betty Schroder, Annie Maddox and George David "Dude" Hall, Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Lisa Newman (Robert Hudson) of Enid, MS, Greg Hall of Puerto Rico and Jackie Hall of Tupelo, MS; his brother Garland Dean Hall (Carolyn) of Enid, MS; his grandchildren, Summer Newman (Chance) and Michael Hall (Michelle); and his great grandchildren, Caden Hughes, Hazel Louwien and Adam Louwien. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Wells Funeral Home (340 MS-35, Batesville, MS 38606). A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 3:15 PM to 4:15 PM at the Bethel Cemetery (955 Bethel Rd, Enid, MS 38927).
